This is the first score I did for Michael Todd Schneider. Michael has an ongoing series of "anything goes" short films under the moniker of "magGot Corner". In a lot of these films Michael explores a bit more of his comedic side than he does in his features, while still maintaining his signature style of surreal horror he's become known for. So when it came time to score the short "The Night It Happened", he called upon me to come up with the pieces of the puzzle and we've been working together ever since. This collage of those pieces contains some very un-requiem like segments...some cheery/cheesy montage music for a scene where the main character prepares for a date, and some porno-esque music that leads into a nightmarish conclusion. This film along with others will be available soon on the second magGot Films Collection DVD.
