On 10/30/05 I played a live show as part of a Halloween event that took place in two venues on the same street, Modern Formations and Garfield Artworks. Since it was Halloween, I wanted to do something special, so I played and incorporated some horror movie themes and samples into my set. Some of them are me playing the theme, others are samples, and sometimes its a mixture of both. The cover I made here is a parody of the Disneyland Record, "Chilling, Thrilling Sounds of the Haunted House", a spooky sound effects record for children. As the cover says, this free release also contains a bonus track: the theme I did for Michael Todd Schneider's "...And Then I Helped".
The audio here was meant to be listened to seamlessly as one continuous track. While playing it on Bandcamp there are gaps in the streaming process. To enjoy it as it was intended, download and listen to it straight through or burn it to a CD with no gaps in between the tracks. The audio quality for the live show is your typical video camera in the back of the room sound. Overall not bad, but nowhere near professional. It's free. The download includes the parody cover art. Enjoy.
